Description	Cas9-NLS is an E. coli strain that carries the cloned Cas9 gene from Streptococcus pyogenes with a N-terminal 6×His tag as well as N- and C-terminal SV40 nuclear localization signal (NLS). Cas9-NLS is an RNA-guided endonuclease. It can catalyze site-specific cleavage of double stranded DNA.
